From Bridgnorth to France

Thanks to our great friends at Bridgnorth Delicatessen - purveyors of fine cheeses, olives and charcuterie, as well as cast iron slow cookers - a Netherton Foundry cast iron tagine has now taken up residence in France!  And here is what they said about it:
